At Pronto Building Approvals, we know how to get work done efficiently. Our building certifiers are empowered by Queensland legislation to conduct inspections and issue building approvals across the state.
We offer a tailored service for our clients, specialising in residential construction. We certify plans in accordance with building legislation, issue an approval to start work, then manage the inspection process through to completion.
Lodge your building plans online. Our team will promptly provide you with a fee proposal for your approval and payment.
Once you have accepted the proposal, you can lodge your full plans, an application and any supporting documentation to us for assessment.
Pronto Building Approvals will assess your plans and supporting documentation against local and State building codes and regulations.
We make a decision to issue the building development approval within 2–3 days of lodgement. If approved, you can begin building straight away. We’ll notify local council of our decision notice and lodge the documents for archiving. A copy of the report will also be sent to you.
Pronto Building Approvals conduct mandatory inspections at different stages of development to ensure work is progressing as planned and to help overcome any issues.
Once work is complete, Pronto Building Approvals will conduct a final inspection and if satisfied, issue the final inspection certificate. We’ll notify local council that your building is fully-approved and certified, and lodge the final documentation.
