Signed Pronto Building Approvals
Engagement Agreement
DA Form 2 (with relevant fields completed).
QBCC insurance confirmation letter
This is required if a licensed builder is carrying out the work and the value is over $3,300.
Supporting plans and engineering for the proposed structure, including:
Site plan drawn to scale showing structures on-site, dimensions of the proposed structure and boundary setbacks
